Flight Data Analysis

Our Flight Data Analysis service transforms raw flight recorder information into actionable operational intelligence. By examining aircraft performance, flight parameters, crew actions, and system behavior throughout each flight, we help operators identify trends, improve safety, enhance operational efficiency, and support regulatory compliance.

Using advanced analytical techniques, we assess data from Flight Data Recorders (FDR), Quick Access Recorders (QAR), and other onboard recording systems to detect exceedances, operational risks, procedural deviations, and emerging safety concerns. The resulting insights enable proactive decision-making, continuous safety improvement, and data-driven operational excellence.

Flight data analysis is carried out in accordance with Kenya Civil Aviation Regulations (KCARs), and the provisions of ICAO Annex 6 (Operation of Aircraft)Annex 8 (Airworthiness of Aircraft,Annex 13 (Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation) and the applicable including the Civil Aviation (Instruments and Equipment) Regulations.

Cockpit Voice Analysis

Our Cockpit Voice Analysis (CVA) service provides expert examination of Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) recordings to support aircraft accident and incident investigations, regulatory compliance, safety assessments, and operational studies. Analysis is conducted only with authorization from the appropriate investigation authority, in full compliance with ICAO Annex 13 and the applicable Kenya Civil Aviation Regulations (KCARs), while maintaining the strict confidentiality of cockpit voice recordings.

Our analysis provides valuable insights into crew coordination, decision-making, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), human factors, cockpit alerts, and event timelines. The findings assist investigators in identifying contributing factors, supporting safety recommendations, improving operational performance, enhancing training, and ensuring continued regulatory compliance.

Flight Data Monitoring

Our Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) service enables operators to continuously monitor flight operations and identify safety risks before they become incidents. By systematically collecting and analyzing flight data from routine operations, we provide a proactive approach to safety management and operational performance improvement.

The program identifies operational exceedances, monitors adherence to standard operating procedures, and highlights trends that may require corrective action. Through ongoing monitoring and reporting, organizations can strengthen their safety culture, reduce operational risk, and support evidence-based decision-making.
